Fairview Commons is a proposed high-end residential and office building complex located on a 12.6 acre parcel in the Town of Poughkeepsie, connecting Fulton and West Cedar Streets.  The residential portion of the project (150 proposed units) borders Fulton Street and Fairview Avenue, adjacent to the Marist College student housing complex.

On the southern portion of the site, with access to West Cedar Street adjacent to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Centers, a 45,000 square foot, three-story medical office building is proposed.

Approximately 4.5 acres of wooded area will remain along the southern property lines to provide a natural buffer between this proposed development and the neighborhoods to the south and east.
