History
Page Park Associates began in 1979 during a time when International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) was
expanding the semi-conductor manufacturing business into Dutchess County. Page Park successfully built new
buildings and renovated other structures for office/manufacturing space for IBM.
Over the next few decades, Page Park Associates made several strategic decisions and successfully grew the business
through property acquisitions, diversification into related markets, and growth of their staff with additional
experienced, skilled professionals.
Today the company manages over 600,000 square feet of commercial space and as such has developed relationships with
their tenants who include private business, medical organizations, non-profit entities, and government offices.
