History

Page Park Associates has its roots in H.G. Page & Sons, a home improvement center owned and operated by the Page Family in Dutchess County since 1924. The company began as a building materials supplier and then grew to incorporate a lumber company and all aspects of home improvement. Today, the company has numerous sites and over one hundred employees throughout the region. In 1979, the Page Family took its business focus from improving spaces to leasing spaces with the creation of Page Park Associates. The new company began as a real estate development company, leasing commercial space exclusively to IBM. In 1993, an unprecedented IBM downsizing left nearly 500,000 square feet of vacant family-owned offices, warehouses and manufacturing facilities throughout Dutchess County. Page Park Associates was instrumental in leasing this available commercial space to government, not-for-profit, medical and banking operations. Today, over twenty years later, the company continues its legacy as the premier source of commercial space in the Mid-Hudson Valley.
