One Page Park

Page Park Associates is currently renovating a 34,000 square foot multi-tenanted premiere office / medical building located in the Town of Poughkeepsie at the signalized intersection of Route 9 and Anthony Road, directly across from the entrance to the Casperkill Golf Course. This facility is serviced with access to a municipal transportation bus stop, as well as municipal water, sewer and natural gas. The Casperkill property across Route 9 is under review for a new Town of Poughkeepsie Town Hall as well as a major town center project, and the properties to the north of our site were also recently purchased for retail development. Our major investment in this facility will include improvements such as a new facade, additional parking and many other site upgrades. We are now entertaining Lease Prospects for this space with a planned occupancy of late spring/early summer of 2009.
